We discuss the difference between a manager and an agent as well as how the relationship between a manager and a comic evolves.</p>
<p>We find out which major film producer was a dishwasher at a comedy club tom used to book.  We learn why it may be necessary for a host to bomb for the good of the show.  and we hear which comic tom would send to perform for the Red Hat Society.</p>
